Overview of ProcessIt is a line that manufactures outer case of refrigerator. Plates are notched and pierced while being transferring, roll forming are made in the shapes required by room temperature and case is completed after Z, L and U-bending. |

It is equipment that combines the outer case with the inner case of refrigerator. Outer case which was fed through dissimilar unit and conveyor is located in the combined location first and then physically combined according to the uneven shape at the end of both side as inner case is fed and outer case is moved to inside.

Overview of ProcessIt is a line that blows polyurethane inside of pre-assembled refrigerator case. Pre-assembled case is loaded in the blowed jig and goes through 1st pre-heat in the oven room. After injecting nitrogen gas, polyurethane is blowed. Blowed case goes through 2nd pre-heat for a fixed time in the main oven room and blowed out by unloading transfer. |
