Overview of Process

Work to insert copper pipe in the shape of hairpin into the Eva-Fin among manufacturing processes of air conditioner heat exchanger mainly depends on manual work due to the nature of parts. The company is developing and supplying equipment that completes Eva-Plate by inserting hairpin into laminated Eva-Fin based on automation technology accumulated for a long period of time.
